GUINEE BISSEU-ROSA
Guinea-Bisseu President Henrique Rosa speaks during a press conference at the presidential palace in Bissau 07 October 2004, following the killing of Bissau-s military chief General Verissimo Correia Seabra and the armed forces information minister by mutinous soldiers who demanded full and immediate payment for peacekeeping duties late 05 October. The troops blasted the government for its failure to compensate them for their tours of duty in Liberia.
