Petre Mihai Bacanu (C), the editor in chief of romanian opposition newspaper Romania Libera (Free Romania), speaks to the media during a press conference at the newspaper headquarters in Bucharest, 29 October 2004. Bacanu was dissmised by the German owner Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung (WAZ) over disagreements on how to run the newspaper.
