Peter Diamandis (L), Chairman and Founder of the ANSARI X PRIZE Competition, Burt Rutan (C), SpaceShipOne designer and Scaled Composites team leader, and Paul Allen (R), Chairman of Charter Communications and co-founder of Microsoft, recieve applause from the crowd at a ceremony 06 November 2004 in St. Louis, Missouri.
