BASRA, IRAQ, 29 MARCH 2003 ----- British troops observe the city of Basra from the far bank of the Shatal Basra Waterway. Over a 24 hour period the base from which the soldier is observing received several incoming Iraqi mortar rounds. Although there was damage to buildings and equipment there were no injuries.
