FILES - A file picture taken on 10 March 2004 shows a man working on the logo of German telecommunications giant Deutsche Telekom at the fairground of the computer fair CeBIT in Hanover. From 23 November 2004, the company has to answer at court for having bamboozled its shareholders since its initial public offer (IPO).
