(FILES) In this file picture taken 03 October 2003, the Uruguayan fishing boat Viarsa 1 (L) heads to Fremantle Harbour while under arrest, having been chased by an Australian vessel for 21 days and 3,900 nautical miles through the Southern Ocean and apprehended for poaching Patagonian toothfish.
