Former Bosnian Serb general Dragomir Milosevic appears before the UN war crimes tribunal to answer charges of terrorising the Bosnian capital of Sarajevo during the 44-month siege in the 1992-95 Bosnian war, 07 December 2004 in the Hague. Milosevic, 62, was a commander of Serb forces deployed around Sarajevo in the final year of the war, during some of the worst shelling and sniping of the mainly Muslim civilian population trapped inside the city.
