JAPAN-BRIDGESTONE-DISPLAY-2
Japan-s top tiremaker Bridgestone employee Setsuko Ozaki displays the new ultra-thin flat display "Quick Response Liquid Powder Display" (QR-LPD) featuring its nanotechnology already in use for making tires at the company-s laboratory in Tokyo 27 December 2004. The QR-LPD provides clear and whiter, more-paperlike displays and reduces electrical consumption because it does not need electrical power to maintin its display configuration.
