Japanese international defender Koji Nakata (R) stands in front of French international goalkeeper Fabien Barthez during a training session, 14 January 2005 at the Olympique de Marseille-s training center. Koji Nakata, 25, arrived in Marseille for a probation period of approximately a week, OM directory-s president Pape Diouf said 12 January. Nakata can play in defence or midfield but coach Philippe Troussier said he was not being considered as a direct replacement to left back Bixente Lizarazu, who announced he would be returning to Bayern Munich.
