CORRECTION-IRAQ-UK-BASRA OPS
A member of the Duke of Wellington Regiment of the British army stands watch in a tower at the regiment-s base in the southern Iraqi city of Basra, 15 January, 2005. Up to 400 British troops have begun arriving in Iraq to help maintain security as insurgents step up attacks two weeks before Iraqis go to the polls.
