Holger Apfel (front), leader of the fraction of The National Democratic Party (NPD) at the Saxonian parliament, and NPD-deputy Johannes Mueller are seen at their parliament in Dresden, 21 January 2005. The deputies of the far-right party refused to observe a minute-s silence for the victims of the Nazis.
