UAE-IRAQ-VOTE
Iraqis wait to cast their votes at a polling station in Dubai, 28 January 2005. Iraqi expatriates cheered and clapped as they cast their ballots in the United Arab Emirates for the first election in Iraq since Saddam Hussein was toppled in 2003.
