TO GO WITH AFP STORY "You say you want a revolution? Ukraine group ready to..." (FILES) A picture taken 27 December 2004 a day after Ukraine-s presidential elections shows an activist of Pora, which means "It Is Time", a youth movement that conducted a grass-roots campaign to educate voters in Ukraine, during a jubiliation rally at the main square in Kiev. Flush with victory of the "orange revolution," the leaders of the group have decided to export their know-how to other former Soviet republics, in a move that an ever-hardline Russia has noted with concern.
