INDIA-FRANCE-CAR-MAHINDRA-RENAULT
French automobile company Renault-s Senior Vice President Luc-Alexandre Menard (C), Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) Anand Mahindra (R) and President, Automobile, M&M, Alan Durante (L) join hands, after the announcement of a tie-up between Renault and M&M, in Bombay, 23 February 2005. The two automobile companies Mahindra & Mahindra and Renault have joined hands to produce and commercialise the "Logan" car in a joint venture which will be named "Mahindra Renault Ltd", with Mahindra retaining a 51 percent share and Renault a 49 percent one.
