INDIA-FRANCE-CAR-MAHINDRA-RENAULT
French automobile company Renault-s Senior Vice President Luc-Alexandre Menard (R) makes an announcement of a tie-up with Indian automobile company Mahindra & Mahindra, as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of M&M Anand Mahindra (L) looks on in Bombay, 23 February 2005. The two automobile companies Mahindra & Mahindra and Renault have joined hands to produce and commercialise the "Logan" car in a joint venture which will be named "Mahindra Renault Ltd", with Mahindra retaining a 51 percent share and Renault a 49 percent one.
