URUGUAY-VAZQUEZ-COMMANDERS-HHRR
Uruguayan President Tabare Vazquez (L) is greeted by armed forces commanders lieutenant general Angel Bertolotti (Army, 2nd-R), lieutenant general Enrique Bonelli (Air Force, 2nd-L) and vice admiral Tabare Daners (Navy, R) 08 August, 2005 prior to a meeting at the Suarez presidential house in Montevideo. Vazquez said that there is a 99 percent of certitude that the corpse of Maria Claudia Garcia, assassinated during the Uruguayan dictatorship (1973-85), is still buried inside the 14th Infantry battalion compound.
