URUGUAY-VAZQUEZ-COMMANDERS-HHRR
Uruguayan President Tabare Vazquez (2nd, L) confers with armed forces commanders lieutenant general Angel Bertolotti (Army, 2nd-R), lieutenant general Enrique Bonelli (Air Force, L) and vice admiral Tabare Daners (Navy, R) 08 August, 2005 prior to a meeting at the Suarez presidential house in Montevideo. Vazquez said that there is 99 percent of certitude that the corpse of Maria Claudia Garcia, assassinated during the Uruguayan dictatorship (1973-85), is still buried inside the 14th Infantry battalion compound.
