IRAQ-US-SECURITY
Paul Bremer, the US top civil administrator in Iraq, arrives for a press conference 25 November 2003 at the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) headquarters is Baghdad. Bremer and General John Abizaid, the head of the Central Command, addressed a press conference in which they spoke about security issues in Iraq. Bremer said anti-US insurgents in Iraq have changed tactics and are now hitting ordinary Iraqis, while general Abizaid noted that his forces had gone on the offensive and reduced the number of attacks on the coalition.
