US General John Abizaid, the head of the Central Command, speaks during a press conference 25 November 2003 at the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) headquarters is Baghdad. General Abizaid, and Paul Bremer, the US top civil administrator in Iraq, addressed a press conference in which they spoke about security issues in Iraq.
