(FILES) File picture dated 23 November 1998 shows Russian Atomic Energy Minister Yevgeny Adamov in Tehran. Switzerland-s supreme court on gave 29 December 2005 a green light to extradite imprisoned former Russian nuclear minister Yevgeny Adamov to his homeland, rather than the United States. The Federal Tribunal ruled in favour of Adamov, who has been battling an October decision by Swiss justice authorities to hand him over to the United States to face corruption charges there.
