(FILES) -- File picture dated 29 July 2003 shows late Lebanese premier Rafiq Hariri posing for photographers after a meeting with British Prime Minister Tony Blair at number 10 Downing street in London. Lebanon is marks 14 February 2006 the first anniversary of Hariri-s killing, along with 20 other people, in a massive Beirut car bombing with candlelit rallies and concerts.
