(FILES) -- File picture dated 10 September 2004 shows late Lebanese premier Rafiq Hariri taking a phone call during an interview with AFP at his office in Beirut. Lebanon is marks 14 February 2006 the first anniversary of Hariri-s killing, along with 20 other people, in a massive Beirut car bombing with candlelit rallies and concerts.
