CZECH-POLITICS-PAROUBEK
Outgoing Social Democrat Prime Minister, Jiri Paroubek (C), addresses the media after his meeting with Czech President Vaclav Klaus, 01 September 2006 at Prague Hradcany Castle. Paroubek's government will be replaced by a minority government of Mirek Topolanek, chairman of the Civic Democrats (ODS), on Monday 04 September 2006. Paroubek, has dismissed his right-wing rival's chances of lasting long as prime minister.
