Outgoing Social Democrat Prime Minister, Jiri Paroubek (4R), smiles while members of his government pose with Czech President Vaclav Klaus (C), 01 September 2006 at Prague Hradcany Castle. Klaus said that though he did not always agree with Paroubek's government, relations between him and the government were correct. Paroubek's government will be replaced by a minority government of Mirek Topolanek, chairman of the Civic Democrats (ODS), on Monday 04 September 2006. Paroubek, has dismissed his right-wing rival's chances of lasting long as prime minister.
