British Chancellor of the Exchequer Gordon Brown (L) speaks to the Archbishop of Cantebury Dr. Rowan Williams at the Stationers Hall, in central London, 07 November 2006. The Chancellor was joined by Jordan's Queen Rania at a press conference to highlight the sale of inaugral bonds by the International Finance Facility for Immunisation (IFFIm). The IFFIm is an international development institution set up to accelerate the availability of funds to be used for health and immunisation programmes in 70 of the world's poorest countries.
