(FILES) - Picture taken 20 April 2005 in Paris of Italian refugee in France and far-left activist Oreste Scalzone, 58, who has been on a hunger strike for the past 12 days in favor of the political detenees in Italian jails. He has been living for years in Paris and can come back to Italy. The judges at the first Court of Assizes in Milan have dismissed the case against him due to the statute of limitations in relation to the crime of involvement in subversive activities, belonging to an armed group and robbery, for which he was sentenced in Milan in 1981 to 16 years in prison in the trial known as 'Prima Linea-Cocori' (Committee of revolutionary Communists).
