BRITAIN-FRANCE-LITERATURE-PEOPLE-AWARD


Nobel-winning British playwright Harold Pinter (C) listens to French Prime Minster Dominique de Villepin after he was awarded with the French Legion d'honneur in London, 17 January 2007. Pinter praised France in his speech for their stance on the war in Iraq and expressed his concern over Britain's alliance with the US in the conflict.
