This picture taken on a mobile phone, 25 January 2007, shows Bangladeshi man Ratan Kumar, 30, (2-L), hangs from the ceiling as plain clothed policemen look on at Sadar Police Station in Bogra, following allegations that Kumar had stolen gold jewellery. The officer-in-charge (OC), three sub-inspectors (SIs) and one constable of Bogra Sadar Police Station were suspended for torturing a suspected thief at the police station (PS) on 25 January.
