SENEGAL-VOTE
Senegalese Prime Minister and campaign manager of outgoing President Abdoulaye Wade, Macky Sall (C), gives a press conference early 26 February 2007 at offices of the ruling Senegalese Democratic Party (PDS) in Dakar. Sall said the octogenarian had garnered 57 percent of the votes according to partial and unofficial results. And Wade claimed 26 February 2007 he had won a second mandate in the 25 February 2007 presidential vote, but his assertion was challenged by opponents. AFP PHOTO
