Germany's Jan Ullrich, Spain's Oscar Sevilla and Team Manager Rudy Pevenage have been withdrawn from the T-Mobile team contesting the Tour de France after he was named in an official inquiry into blood doping in Spain. 3-year-old Jan Ullrich, Germany's only winner of the world's most prestigious bike race the Tour de France in 1997, announced his retirement from cycling 26 February 2007 in Hamburg.
