SAFRICA-CRIME-CHILD
Zimbabwean-born rapist and child killer Theunis Olivier (C), 48, arrives, 01 August 2007, to the dock as he waits to be sentenced for the rape and murder of six year old Steven Siebert at the High Court in Cape Town. Opposition political parties and activists group have been urging the goverment to step up measures to contain such crimes as cases of child kidnappings, rapes and murders continue piling up.
