US Vice Admiral James Winnefeld, Commander of the US 6th Fleet watches, 29 October 2007 people board the USS Fort McHenry (LSD43) warship at the naval station in Rota, southern Spain to participate in the Africa Partnership Station. Africa Parnership Station is a concerted interagency and multinational effort to promote maritime safety and security in Africa.
