US Vice Admiral James Winnefeld (C), Commander of the US 6th Fleet and Captain John Nowell, Commodore for Africa Partnership Station (R) speak with a marine, 29 October 2007 on the USS Fort McHenry (LSD43) warship at the naval station in Rota, southern Spain to participate in the Africa Partnership Station. Africa Parnership Station is a concerted interagency and multinational effort to promote maritime safety and security in Africa.
