COLOMBIA-VENEZUELA-FARC-URIBE
Colombian president Alvaro Uribe delivers a speech during a meeting at the presidential palace in Bogota on November 22nd, 2007. Uribe said he will keep looking for a hostage swap with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) leftist rebel group, but without putting at risk his fight against the guerrilla. Yesterday, Uribe had abruptly ended Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez's role as a mediator in a potential hostage swap saying he ignored a key request. AFP PHOTO/PRESIDENCIA-Cesar CARRION
