Head of Daimler Trucks Division, Andreas Renschler (2L) talks with Hero Corporate Service Limited Chairman, Sunil Kant Munjal as Chairman of Hero Honda Motors Limited (HHML), Brijmohan Lall (L) and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of HHML, Pawan Munjal (R) look on prior to the signing of a joint venture in New Delhi on April 21, 2008. Hero Group and Daimler AG signed a joint venture to manufacture light, medium and heavy duty commercial vehicles, with a total investment of INR 4400 crores (Euros 700 million) over a period of five years.
