GERMANY-ECB-EUROGROUP
EU economic and monetary affairs commissioner Joaquin Almunia (L) talks with Cypriot Finance Minister Charilaos Stavrakis on June 2, 2008 before an Eurogroup Council meeting at the European Central Bank (ECB) in Frankfurt. The annual eurozone inflation rate fell to 3.3 percent in April, from 3.6 percent in March, but remains well above the ECB's medium-term target of just under 2.0 percent.
