AUSTRIA-GERMANY-POLITICS-SKI-ACCIDENT
Tourists ski on January 6, 2009 past the place where the Premier of the German state of Thuringia, Dieter Althaus, had a serious skiing accident in that killed one other person in Donnersbachwald, Austria, on January 1, 2009. The other skier, a 41-year-old Slovakian mother of four living in the United States, died of her injuries on the way to hospital.
