BELGIUM-CRIME-TRIAL-TAXQUET
Richard Taxquet, one of the accused for the murder and attempt to murder state Minister Andre Cools and friend in 1991, is pictured in his lawyer's office in Liege, on January 13, 2009. Taxquet was sentenced to 20 years detention in 2004, but the European court for human rights in Strasbourg delivered a new sentence to Taxquet today as it was deemed he did not get a fair trial because an anonymous testimony was used to judge him.
