BOLIVIA-REFERENDUM-MORALES
Bolivian President Evo Morales (C) celebrates next to his Vice President Alvaro Garcia Linera and his Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca (R) the first results of the constitutional referendum on January 25, 2009 in La Paz. According to two Bolivian private televion channels -Unitel and ATB- the new Constitution would have been approved with, at least, 59 percent of the voting.
