BOLIVIA-REFERENDUM-MORALES
Bolivian President Evo Morales holds the new Constitution celebrating the first results of the constitutional referendum on January 25, 2009 in La Paz. According to two Bolivian private televion channels -Unitel and ATB-the new Constitution would have been approved with, at least, 59 percent of the voting. Morales proclaimed the "refoundation of Bolivia" and stated that the centuries-old political order inherited from Spanish colonial times would come to an end. AFP PHOTO/Javier Mamani
