(FILES) -- File picture dated November 14, 2008 shows Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashed al-Maktoum (front), who is also the United Arab Emirates' vice president and prime minister, competing in a horse endurance race in the Jordanian desert of Wadi Rum. Sheikh Mohammed was provisionally suspended by the International Equestrian Federation on April 7, 2009 because one of his horses had failed a dope test it was revealed by a spokesman for the federation. The 59-year-old - one of the dominant personalities on the thoroughbred racing circuit as well as in endurance racing - will be out of action until the full procedure has been completed.
