MACEDONIA-IVANOV-INAGURATION
The president of the Republic of Macedonia Branko Crvenkovski (L) and the president-elect Gjorge Ivanov (2-L) wave to the people in front of the Macedonian Parliament in Skopje on May 12,2009, prior to the inauguration of the new president. Macedonia's new president said at his swearing-in speech that resolving an 18-year-old dispute with Greece amid a push for NATO and EU membership was his number one political priority.
