IRAQ-RELIGION-SABEAN-MANDEAN
Iraqi Sabeans carry out a cleansing ritual by dipping their right arm in the moving waters of the Tigris River in Baghdad on May 21, 2009. This ancient religion follows the teachings of St. John the Baptist with moving water a focal point to all their rituals.
