EU MPs visit a factory which was destroyed during Israel's December-January offensive, in Gaza City on June 9, 2009. A European parliamentary delegation of 41 MEPs arrived in Gaza to express their solidarity with the Palestinian population of the war-battered territory, which has been under an Israeli blockade since Hamas seized control of the strip in June 2007.
