FRANCE-BELGIUM-BLIND-RECORD-BOAT
Luc Costermans (R), A Belgian man, blind since an accident in 2004, leaves the boat on June 16, 2009 in the Gulf of Porticcio near Ajaccio, after he broke three world records by circumnavigating Corsica in 7 hours 51 minutes and 4 seconds, with a maximum speed of 46,8 knots and covering a distance of 235 nautical miles.
