German Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU) arrives ahead of Germany's fourth ever TV election debate on September 13, 2009 in Berlin, where she and Social Democrats (SPD) main candidate Frank-Walter Steinmeier will answer questions by four TV journalists Frank Plasberg (Das Erste), Peter Kloeppel (RTL), Maybrit Illner (ZDF) and Peter Limbourg (N24/SAT.1). Merkel and Steinmeier are due to be questioned on a wide range of topics, including the economic crisis and the war in Afghanistan, ahead of the September 27 general elections.
