German Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU, L) arrives followed by her bureau chief Beate Baumann (R) ahead of Germany's fourth ever TV election debate on September 13, 2009 in Berlin, where she and Social Democrats (SPD) main candidate Frank-Walter Steinmeier will answer questions by four TV journalists Frank Plasberg (Das Erste), Peter Kloeppel (RTL), Maybrit Illner (ZDF) and Peter Limbourg (N24/SAT.1). Merkel and Steinmeier are due to be questioned on a wide range of topics, including the economic crisis and the war in Afghanistan, ahead of the September 27 general elections.
