ITALY-MAFIA-ARREST
Italian carabinieri police escort mafia boss Pasquale Russo, one of the country's most wanted fugitives, after he was arrested early on November 1, 2009 in Baiano, near Avellino south of Italy. Pasquale and Salvatore Russo, arrested yesterday, are heads of a Camorra clan carrying the name. Russo, on the run since 1993, has been convicted several times for murder and for association with the mafia.
