FILES-MIDEAST-CONFLICT-ISRAEL-RELIGION
(FILES) -- File picture dated October 29, 2009 shows ultra-Orthodox Jews reflected on a bus window near a concrete wall protecting Rachel's Tomb, Judaism's third holiest shrine, located in the West Bank town of Bethlehem, upon their arrival to attend the annual Memorial Day for the Jewish Matriarch Rachel. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on February 21, 2010 he hopes to include two hotly contested West Bank Jewish holy places in a plan to restore national heritage sites. Rachel's Tomb in Bethlehem and the Tomb of the Patriarchs in Hebron, two holy sites inside Palestinian towns in the occupied West Bank, were not originally included in the 100 million dollar (73 million euro) plan.
