FRANCE-GASTRONOMY-MICHELIN

The restaurant gained its second Michelin star on March 1, 2010. The 2010 guide gave 10 restaurants two stars -- itself quite an honour, as this brought the number of two-star eateries up to only 77 across France -- and 47 won one star, bringing the number to 455.
